After the death of Shaun’s father Isaac (Damien Leake) the family inherits the mansion where Shaun (Gabrielle Union) grew up. It is equipped with the newest security system on the market. Shaun is quite surprised by that fact. After starting to get settled into the house, while preparing it to be put on the market, they are attacked by a group of thieves. Shaun is trapped outside of the house, while her kids Justin (Jason George) and Jasmine (Aijona Alexuc) are kept hostage inside. She tries every possible solution to re-enter the house and save her children.

The reason why I only gave this movie two stars is because the plot is pretty simply made. It starts off developing the characters of the family, but after a short time in the span of 10 minutes, the rest of the movie is danger and action. I like the idea behind the movie. I just wish they would create a better plot next time. If you feel more attached to the characters that are in danger, you feel more for them. The element of surprise in this movie is well done which made me jump a few times during this movie. I also thought they had good ideas but they could have done way more.  (Adrian Schoeneshoefer)
